I will update the guide with the image of the map where the locations that are unnamed on the map will have a number on them, a note with the locations name. Knowledge of the names of locations is valuable here.

I haven't made notes on Disc 2, but decided to post this anyway, in hopes that someone might get interested in the 100% Kills run, aswell as for those who do run 100%, so they can practice a bit and get a feel for it. Just as Toxic_TT states in his 100% guide, use this on the 2-nd monitor while you're running, or you can attempt to memorize it.
